September 11, 2001. On her way home from Europe, Bonnie Mellott Keefer, along with thousands of other travelers, finds herself stranded when all flights to America are canceled. How she and a young woman she befriended get home to Baltimore, Maryland, provides readers with a microcosmic view of the big picture we call "9-11," and also of some unheralded angels of mercy along the way.
