He has served clients in all segments of the economy. For over ten years, he has concentrated in the area of not-for-profit organizations and the related field of compliance auditing. At Marks Paneth & Shron, Mr. Becker is a member of the Professional Practices Group. Mr. Becker is the principal author of Deloitte & Touche s "The Effective Not-for-Profit Board." He has presented numerous seminars to clients and others on a wide variety of subjects. Mr. Becker is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, where he served as a reviewer of it guide "Not for profit Organizations," NACUBO, and is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, for which he is currently serving on the Not-for-Profit Organizations and Government Accounting and Auditing Committees. Richard J. Terrano, CPA, is a partner and the Director of Not-for-Profit Services at Rosenberg, Neuwirth and Kuchner, CPAs PC (RNK). Before joining RNK, he was a Senior Manager in the Deloitte & Touche Middle Market Services Group.
