About the Authors
An astrophysicist with the Universities Space Research Association, Jerry T. Bonnell has been working at NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center since 1988. He lives in Greenbelt, MD.
A resident of Houghton, MI, Robert J. Nemiroff is a professor of physics at Michigan Technological University. Their website, APOD, is located at http://apod.gsfc.nasa.gov.
