Historic Rittenhouse traces in detail the history and development of this special area, reviews the range of architectural styles represented in Rittenhouse, and provides practical advice for maintenance and preservation. The section on architectural styles is particularly good, providing unique examples of period architecture and descriptive characteristics of the styles.
