Newly updated, "Practical Aviation Law" explains the fundamental concepts and applications of aviation law. Hamilton helps his readers understand how to avoid common legal problems on their own, and also points out how to identify problems which require professional legal counsel. Used in conjunction with Hamilton's workbook and a teacher's manual, "Practical Aviation Law" provides a complete course work for undergraduate classes in aviation law. The basic student manual alone, can serve as a solid reference for aviation managers, professional and private pilots, flight crews, airline personnel and aircraft owners.
