Synopsis
In 1993 Cardinal Martini gave a series of talks to the clergy of the Archdiocese of Caracas on the Book of Jeremiah. The cardinal's reflections focused on how Jeremiah in all things sought the will of God and that each of us must find the will of God in the context of a world divided, idolatrous, bewildered, humiliated, and wounded as was Jerusalem in the time of Jeremiah and as our cities are today. The cardinal urges us to live in the strength and joy of the Word of the Lord.
