Black boards w bronze font on spine, 301 pps, index, notes, biblio, maps, charts. Without writing or marks and no indication of ownership. Dust wrapper unclipped, chipped at edges, now under mylar protective wrap. A balanced book, filled with details and according to one reviewer "free of error" offering us a sober diiscussion of the Nile River and all the politics it generates. The issues of insufficient water that this region faced when the book was written (40 years ago!) are still major factors contributing to economic growth, peace and survival for the peoples of this region. One wonders what needs to happen to fully focus on solving these problems. This book is a must reading for those interested in addressing/solving these problems. Seller Inventory # 116798
