<b>Arthur Waldhom</b> is professor emeritus of English at The City College of New York. He is the author or editor of a dozen books, including<i> Ernest Hemingway: A Collection of Criticism.</i> He has also written numerous essays, the most recent of which, <i>The Hemingway Chroniclers</i> appeared in <i>Biography </i>and <i>Source Studies.</i>
