Caroll Louise Shreeve is an author, editor, illustrator, scrapbook artist and veteran art teacher whose work has appeared in many magazines, including Scrapbooking.com and Paper Works. A former editor and current designer for Karen Foster Design, she has led workshops and seminars for Reader's Digest, Writer's Digest, and University of Utah, among other.
