Review:

"This book examines and highlights the role of the preceptor and is an important text for every nurse educator, clinician, or manager who works with, recruits, or aspires to become a preceptor. The book will be a valuable guide for students as well, as they consider their goals and partner with faculty in the preceptor selection and evaluation process."
-From the Foreword by Terry Fulmer, PhD, RN, FAAN
