Dr. Lyons has served on peer review panels for FIPSE, OSERS and NIDRR in the U.S. Department of Education, the Bureau of Health Professions and for numerous professional journals.

She currently has over $7 million of committed research grant monies and has helped garner over $25 million in grant funding over the past 20 years.
