Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. First edition. 127pp. Square quarto [25.5 cm] Black cloth over boards with a gilt stamped title on the spine. Very light rubbing to the foot of the spine and the fore-edge corners of the covers. Foot of spine slants back just a hair. In a dust jacket, with subtle toning, and a couple of faint ripples in the rear panel.
