About the Author:
Angela Schneeman is a writer, research specialist, and freelance paralegal. She has worked for law firms, corporate legal departments, and a major accounting firm. The author of five paralegal textbooks, Ms. Schneeman received her Legal Assistant Certificate and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Legal Studies from the University of Minnesota.

Schneeman provides enough examples to illustrate the concepts through case law as well as scenarios.
Schneeman's text has a good variety of features, including special tips for paralegals...I thought the examples were very good.
I would adopt this text. I think it fits a need by focusing on what paralegals need to know. I am excited to see this text and check the price for adoption into my new program.
Our students seem to prefer the Schneeman book because it is is more comprehensive; I prefer it because it includes the uniform acts in the appendices...The author writes very well, which is a must for me...The internet/technology material shines.
