About the Author
Dalene Parker is first and foremost a teacher, but also a public speaker and writer who seeks to inspire others to share her enthusiastic passion for students. Her work has appeared in journals such as Kyria, Home Life, Brio, and Focus on the Family. She currently lives with her family in Spartanburg, South Carolina, where she is completing her doctorate in education.
