Conrad L. Kanagy is associate professor of sociology at Elizabethtown (Pa.) College. He is a consultant to congregations and served as pastor at Elizabethtown Mennonite Church from 2000 to 2005. He holds graduate degrees in rural sociology from Penn State University.
