About the Author:

Roberto Bouzas is an Argentinean economist with degrees from the University of Buenos Aires and the University of Cambridge. Dr Bouzas is a senior research fellow at the Latin American School of Social Sciences (FLACSO) and full professor of international economics at the University of Buenos Aires. He also teaches at the University of San Andres and the National Foreign Service Institute in Argentina. He has published extensively on international trade and finance, regional integration and economic policy.

Paula Ines Gosis is an Argentinean economist holding a degree from the University of Buenos Aires. She is an assistant research fellow at the Latin American School of Social Sciences and assistant professor at the University of Buenos Aires.

Hernn Javier Soltz is an Argentinean economist holding a degree from the University of Buenos Aires. He is an assistant research fellow at the Latin American School of Social Sciences and assistant professor at the University of Buenos Aires.
