Book Description Tom Stacey, UK, 1973. Hardcover. Book Condition: Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Fine. 1st Edition. Dustwrapper has a little irregular sunning to the spine. Tom Stacey went bankrupt before the book's publication and only a very few copies were available. Severn House had most of them and cancelled the title page and issued them in 1976 with a different dustwrapper. The Severn House issue is very scarce but the Tom Stacey issue is almost impossible to find. It seems that any Tom Stacey copies were acquired by a book distributor, who put small address labels over the details on the copyright page and the back flap of the dustwrapper. they also price clipped & repriced the front flap with a small £2.25 nett sticker.
