Review

"Williams and Barlow offer a very useful manual for the practitioner to understand the many facets of anger and to remedy the personal and interpersonal distress that it can cause. Their book does a splendid job of teaching basic concepts, and provides valuable tools for clinical practitioners who may otherwise struggle in dealing with the obstinate problem of unregulated anger." From the Foreword By Professor Raymond Novaco "This practical guide provides a useful and relevant CBT programme for treating anger problems The materials are bound to be functional for all practitioners, the three volumes are handy and easy to use" - Christina Neitzert Semler, Department of Psychology, University of Oxford, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy
