About the Author:

William Hubbard Cooper holds an MAT in English from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and an MA in English at the University of California at Santa Barbara. He taught English and Latin at Allan Hancock College and has translated the poems of Francisco Cabrera (MonumentaMexicana: Mexican Heritage, 2004).
