About the Author
Anthony Haden-Guest's journalism has appeared in New York, Vanity Fair, and The New Yorker.
Jack Sargeant s most recent book is Against Control, previous titles include Deathtripping: The Extreme Underground and Naked Lens: Beat Cinema. His writings on film and culture have appeared in numerous anthologies and journals, and DVD releases, including the Throbbing Gristle DVD box set. He appeared as an interviewee in the documentaries Blank City, The Advocate For Fagdom and Llik Your Idols, amongst others. He has lectured on underground film, beat culture, William Burroughs and many other topics across the world. Jack is currently program director for the Revelation Film Festival.

Please Note: Joe Coleman's graphic paintings/illustrative style is very individual, and sometimes grotesque and sexual and always challenging. This book is in very good condition. The black cloth boards are near fine. without any bumping to the edges. The gilt titling to the front board and the spine is bright. The pages are slightly yellowed to the edges, but are otherwise clean, and the binding is tight. There is a previous owner's ex libris sticker attached to the top right corner of the ffep. The dust jacket is in good condition. The top edge is bumped and the top corners are rubbed and chipped. There is minor bumping to the bottom edge, and minor rubbing to the bottom front edge corner.
