LeAnne Case, a master certified water fitness instructor, has taught individual and group exercise programs for people of all levels of fitness since 1980. As an aquatic fitness expert, she has certified hundreds of professional instructors.
Case has written numerous articles on aquatics training and travels around the world lecturing on the benefits of water fitness. The author is a member of Aquatic Alliance International (AAI), the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA), and the United States Water Fitness Association (USWFA).
