He has over 30 years experience with Fortune 500 corporations and quality management services. The author of numerous books in the quality improvement field, Mr. Russell is also an ASQ Fellow, RAB Quality Systems Lead Auditor, and an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from The Ohio State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the IIT Stuart School of Management.
