About the Author

Meish Goldish is an award-winning author of more than 400 children's books. In addition to having worked on the original TV series Shalom Sesame, he writes comedy that appears annually in the Purim issue of the newspaper The Jewish Week. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Meish now lives in Brooklyn, New York...if you call that living.


One of Freddie Levin's earliest memories is sitting at her bubbe's kitchen table coloring with her bright and chunky crayons. Since then, she has graduated to more intricate tools, and her artwork has illustrated numerous picture books, greeting cards, and products. She is also the co- illustrator of Shalom Coloring, More Shalom Coloring, and Shalom Coloring III. When not drawing and painting, she enjoys gardens, birds, yoga, Chopin, and pretty much any kind of pie.
