"I am a student from Guangzhou, China. I have been admitted to the graduate program in Management Information Systems in the business school of FSU. When I was a junior majored in International Business(emphasis on e-Commerce), I studied your book, Principles of Information Systems,A Managerial Approach (Third Edition),as my textbook. This book is the most popular one about MIS here. It help us to learn how to apply Information Systems by a managerial skill. So I developed my great interest in MIS after studied your book and aimed to do further research about MIS. Fortunately, I have been admitted to FSU. I hope to meet you in this August and learn from you." -Yaoxiang Li
"The writers are quite talented and I couldn't put the work down once I'd started reading. I liked it and I think the students will find it easy to read and very interesting. Yes, the chapter is very interesting. I enjoyed reading it and anticipate that students will react the same. It's very well written in a tone that will appeal to students..the length and depth are appropriate for a course designed to teach principles. The self-assessment and cases and vignettes are great." - Lenora Jill Adams, Navarro College
"Because they have brought in current vignettes and current examples that everyone can relate to, even non-MIS majors should be able to easily follow and understand the concepts presented. The authors have done a great job of covering all the current trends, especially in the area of system development for E-Commerce applications. Also, their examples of how companies are developing current systems to detect terrorism and anthrax scares are really pertinent and current." - Cynthia Barnes, Lamar University
"The writing is very direct, to-the-point, and easy for a university student to read and understand. I wouldn't change anything regarding readability." - John Melrose, University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire
