About the Author:

Milton E. Polsky has had over thirty years' experience as an educator for the NYC Board of Higher Education and the NYC Board of Education. He has taught theatre and writing at the City University of New York and a New York University. He is currently on the staff of Hunter College, Department of Curriculum and Teaching and also works as a staff developer and mentor for the NYC Board of Education. His uses of role-playing and improvisation have been featured in his many articles and books. His plays 'SATisfaction: a Musical Review,' 'Act of Will,' 'The King of Escapes,' and 'Party Skits and Funny Bits' have been published by Players Press, along with his 'Drama Workshop for Seniors'.
Jack Gilead has been a Speech Therapist for the New York City Board of Education, Bureau for Speech Improvement. He has taught foreign languages at a variety of children's camps in New York State and has been a narrator and storyteller of children's literature. Mr. Gilead received his Master's Degree from Hunter College (CUNY) in Speech and Hearing. He has been successfully integrating oral communications and creative drama with his therapy sessions for many years.
