Synopsis
The Book of Woodcraft is a compilation of talks and demonstrations that Seton led over a twenty-five year period. Portions of this book have appeared in magazines or in the Birch-Bark Roll but this is the first comprehensive collection to cover the activities, customs, laws and amusements that developed from his "tribes."

About the Author
Ernest Thompson Seton (1860 1946) was a British-born author, wildlife artist, cofounder of the Boy Scouts of America, and an early pioneer of the modern school of animal fiction writing whose best-known book is "Wild Animals I Have Known."
