About the Book:
Forty-Five and Satisfied by Lowell Worthington makes a unique contribution to the adult development literature. The book is one of a very few to be written for the adult male and virtually the only book from the Christian perspective. The book is practical, yet it is based on a firm foundation of psychosocial research. It will certainly be useful as a guide for all mid-life males as well as their counselors, ministers, and within family circles. Dr.
