This is probably one of the RAREST and MOST VALUABLE set of books on KENTUCKY families. This set was originally produced in 10 volumes, all of which have been reprinted by S.H.P., Inc. at one point in time. The biographical sketches of individuals and their families in this book go back into the early to mid 1700's. This volume contains 465 biographical sketches of individuals from the following counties: Henry, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, and Trimble. The index mentions approximately 7,000 persons.
