Orthodontists have specific procedural needs in their practices, in addition to the standard SOPs required of almost all dentists (available in Standard Operating Procedures for All Dentists). So we decided to isolate those into specialized SOPs books, in three-ring binder-ready format, with an accompanying disk of all the printed text, to facilitate customization. For these specialized books, Marsha Freeman sought the best in the central California region to cull, check, and recheck the contents. We are extremely pleased with the results, as are the many dentists who are putting them quickly to good use.
About the Author:
In the dental consulting field, Marsha Freeman's name is synonymous with standard operating procedures, though she is widely known as an expert consultant in all phases of dental office management.
Marsha has worked in the dental profession for more than 20 years as an oral surgery assistant, receptionist, office manager, and, for the past 12 years, as a dental consultant, speaker, and SOPs specialist. She has an M.A. in Organizational Management and a B.A. in Organizational Psychology.
Ms. Freeman is also a member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants and the National Speakers Association as well as a Certified Trainer for the Institute of Foundational Training and Development.
Marsha is the author of seven books (Standard Operating Procedures for All Dentists, Standard Operating Procedures for Pediatric Dentists, and the five Specialty SOPs books for endodontists, periodontists, orthodontists, pediatric dentists, and oral surgeons), plus the SOPs Video Implementation Guide, and four audio cassette programs.
