Scarce limited edition with special limitation page stating: 'This is number "104" of one thousand copies". Signed in green ink: "Aloha, Jesse C. Conde." Also, contains a separate publisher's suit of color prints, a time table, engine blue prints and also the band that originally went around the books covers also with the "104" on the "Collector Series" special book-band contained in an envelope that matches the color of the band but is not labeled - probably came from publisher this way.
