Synopsis
Sometime after the Rapture (which is when the believers are caught up to meet Christ in the air), the 7 year Tribulation Period will begin. The Tribulation Period is spoken of in Matthew 24:21,22. Antichrist will head the United States of Europe, a conglomerate of nations similar to the Common Market nations. Antichrist will make his appearance at the beginning of the Tribulation Period. Chapters 6-19 of Revelation is the fullest description of the 7-year Tribulation Period in the Bible. God's judgment is poured out upon an unbelieving and wicked world... first in the Seven Seals, then in the Seven Trumpets and last in the Seven Vials. At the end of this 7-year Tribulation Period, Antichrist and his armies will attempt to fight Christ at the Battle of Armageddon but he will be defeated and cast in the Lake of Fire.
