A descedant of one of Kentucky's pioneer families, Elizabeth Ross is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and Smith College, Northampton, Massachusetts.
A native of Richmond, Kentucky, she now lives in a restored log house in Lawrenceburg, in the southeastern corner of Indiana. In addition to collecting Kentucky cookbooks and recipes, she draws with pen and ink and sells her prints at juried art shows.
