Hardcover. Condition: Used, very good. Almost like new book in very good jacket. Two-tone blue hardcover, 1982, Phoenix Publishing, no additional printings indicated. Book as new except upper page edges have a 1/2" faint coffee stain that doesn't penetrate the pages, lower page edges not quite pristine.
