Therefore, " the more a man dies to this world, the more is he enlightened;" and the more humiliating views he obtains of his worthlessness in the sight of Jehovah, the greater will be his capacity of grace, and the more abundant supplies of grace will be administered to his soul. What is more precious in the sight of God than the soul that is broken...
