Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Third Printing. Hardback, stated third printing, in very good, clean, tight condition. The title on the dust jacket as well as the front board is "Hornor's Blue Book Philadelphia Furniture", but in the title page it is "Blue Book Philadelphia Furniture William Penn to George Washington". (It's also this way on the spine of the book as well as the dust jacket. Navy boards with gold gilt lettering look almost like new. Top page edges have light tanning spots. 340 pages of information, illustrations, charts and pictures (32 pages in color). The first 4 pages are a little wrinkled at the spine edge (perhaps from moisture although there is no stain. The pictorial dust jacket is in good condition (almost very good). It has minor edgewear, foxing tan spots on the inside, slightly wavy on the back and chipped, tear at the lower front corner. From the personal library of a retired furniture sample maker.
