Eli's Reach is the sequel to the inspiring heartwarming book, Waiting for Eli, which tells the story of a Lafayette, La., couple (Chad and Ashley Judice) and their child (Eli) who was born with a birth defect called spina bifida. Eli's Reach is the story of how this child's life has touched the hearts and influenced the thinking of many. Hearing Eli's story has brought about a keener appreciation of the value of all human life and is credited with saving several unborn babies from abortion. Additionally, the story -- as told in the first book and presented by Eli's father during numerous speaking engagements -- has rekindled the faith of many and drawn them into earnest prayer.

This is a very busy time of year. I have many year-end issues to address. With that being said, Joy handed me your book right at kick off of Monday night football. I thought Really . So I opened it up and I could not put it down. I was captivated with the book, I looked up and it was in the 4th qtr and had missed most of the game. Frankly, I do not know who won or even who was playing. Your stories are God sent and amazing. You have truly found your purpose in life. Sharing your story with the world! --Mark
I enjoyed reading this book as much as I enjoyed the first book. The book was captivating and hard to put down. Like the first book, I couldn't stop reading and had read the entire book in a few hours!! It s amazing the impact Eli's story is having on others!! I had no idea of the medical challenges your family has continued to endure. Your family's faith is inspiring. --Joy
I picked up Eli's Reach this morning and don t want to put it down. The inside and outside covers, your acknowledgment, the Preface by Trent, and I only read up to page 23 but I m blown away by the richness of this book and the gift of each of your lives. What a tremendous witness you are. Another thing that caught my attention was the correlation between Eli having Spina Bifida and your reference to his Bona Fide miracle . Miracles and transformation really do happen in the mix of love and suffering, and you know both at a level some of us may never know. Can t wait to read more. God bless, you, Ashley, Eli, Ephraim. --Trista
