About the Author:

Charles P. Nemeth, Esq., has worked extensively in civil real estate practice and its scholarly applications. Educated at George Washington University, Duquesne University, the University of Baltimore, Niagara University, and the University of Delaware, Mr. Nemeth is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, and the National Association of College and University Attorneys. He is currently Chairman and Professor at the Department of Criminal Justice at SUNY, Brockport, New York.
