Kenneth Irby (born 18 November 1936) is a American poet. He is sometimes associated with the Black Mountain poets, especially with Robert Duncan, Robert Creeley, and Ed Dorn. He is the author of <i>The Grasslands of North America, To the Snow Queen, For Max Douglas</i>, and <i>OREXIS.</i> Irby currently is an associate professor of English at the University of Kansas.
