Mr. Stanley J Strychaz has 26 years of experience in publishing Cost Manuals in the Appraisal and Construction Industries. He has written five construction cost manuals and property assessment manuals for Wisconsin, Nova Scotia and Michigan. He joined Lee Saylor, Inc. in November 1990 and formed Saylor Publications, Inc. in September 1991. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. He has developed several new construction cost resources and pioneered the introduction of computer assisted estimating for RS Means, Inc. in Kingston, Massachusetts.
