First American/Britsih Edition. Soft cover with stapled binding, illustrated with b/w photos and color fold-out center section, 58 pages. This is a well used book so has many creases and marks on it. However text in side is in a good shape. On inside cover there is a sticky label relating to former owner of the book. This book only rates as a fair. Hence the price. See photograph.
