About the Author:

Eugene F. Ferraro, is a prolific writer and the author of more than 15 books, and hundreds of articles. He has been involved in the study of organizational culture, workplace investigations, and compliance for over 32 years. He is board certified in both Security Management and Human Resources Management (CPP and SPHR designations respectively). He frequently speaks and trains on the topics of writing, publishing, workplace misconduct, virtuosity, and organizational ethics. He is a former U.S. Marine Corps pilot, combat flight instructor, and a graduate of the Naval Justice School. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Institute of Technology. He is also an outdoorsman, fly fisherman, extreme hiker, and rancher. He lives with his wife and their four magnificent horses in the mountains of Colorado.
