About the Author
In 1983, Orioli founded Essi Systems Inc., specializing in transforming workplace stress into optimal performance. Orioli promoted the revolutionary idea of positive stress performance and developed the StressMap®, the stress assessment instrument honored with the National Health Information Award. The StressMap® has sold more than 400,000 copies.
Orioli's newest company, Q-Metrics LLC, was founded with Robert K. Cooper, Ph.D., co-author of the critically acclaimed book, Executive EQ: Emotional Intelligence in Leadership and Organizations.
