About the Author

Elizabeth Harper Neeld, PhD, has been a consultant for the Carnegie Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, the Lily Foundation, The American Council of Learned Societies, and many other governmental agencies and academic institutions. For ten years she worked as a consultant to corporate executives in aerospace, banking, medical, architectural, business, personal services, oil and gas, & retail corporations. When the United States Congress mandated a review of a prestigious government funding agency, four individuals were selected to carry out this assignment and prepare a report for Congress. Elizabeth Neeld was one of the four. She is included in Who’s Who In the World, Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who of International Women, and Contemporary Authors.
