Kathy Gruver, PhD is the author of the award-winning books The Alternative Medicine Cabinet (now a TV series) and Conquer Your Stress with Mind/Body Techniques. She has had the privilege of sharing her message of health with millions of people via radio, TV, magazines, newspapers and online.
