Stated second printing in1997 of the first edition of 1989. Bound in dark green cloth with title in white on the front cover and spine The bottom corners are creased. . The first free endpaper has been removed. pages are otherwise, clean, smooth and unmarked. The binding is tight. Dust jacket is in very good condition with two quarter inch closed tears on the bottom edge of the back panel, another on the bottom edge of front panel and chipping on the top of the spine panel. It is unclipped with no original price indicated.
