A well-researched and authoritative history of C J Hudson Ltd, at Ramsgate, Kent from the eighteenth century. It is also a history of the Hudson family from that date to the twentieth century. This company was a flour milling company and there are many photographs of windmills at Ramsgate and the surrounding area, including Birchington. The history includes the 'modern' flour milling plant which dominated the Ramsgate skyline - hence the title 'From Wind To Power'.
