Book Description Green Round Press, Caerleon, 1991. Hardcover. Book Condition: New. First Edition. Autobiography of Arthur Machen's wife. Machen joined the Sir Frank Benson's Shakespeare Repertory Company as an actor in 1901. The couple lived together in happy-go-lucky bohemian style, touring the repertory theatres of Britain both together and apart. The couple had two children, Hilary and Janet. Machen was a member of the Order of the Golden Dawn, an occultist group. Edited with an introduction by Godfrey Brangham. No Jacket, as Issued. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
