This is great to use with people who have problems with talking and understanding. It consists of pictures to accompany words. The pictures are of health issues, activities, food, things used each day and all the things people do each day. You can make menus with pictures of the foods, so that people can understand them better. There is a chart to help someone tell you if they are ill or hurt and timetables to show people what they are doing that day or week. The calendar is good for people who are unsure of the date, season, year or where they are in time. You can make little reminder notes to stick everywhere for someone who's memory is going and it means you don't have to seem like your nagging about things like "lock your door at night" or "don't open your door at night". You can make all sorts with it. I use it for my elderly mum in her own home but I can see it would be great for a care home or someone in hospital. --C P Clifton Amazon UK customer
