This is second book of our "Experience" series which allows the golfer to immerse him or herself in how it feels to play the greatest courses in the world. The Old Course at St. Andrews Links is where golf began, and it was shaped as much by Mother Nature as by the hand of man. Our unique imaging technology allows the reader to see all the hills hazards and hollows which characterize the course, and define its playability, and its enduring charm.

Richard Goodale is an American who has lived in Fife, Scotland since 1991. An avid and reasonably competent (6 handicap) golfer, he has degrees in English (Stanford) and Strategy (Harvard Business School) but would trade both for a more reliable golf swing.Review:
One of the problems with photographing courses such as St. Andrews is the simple fact that ground undulations do not reproduce well in two dimensional photography. Goodale and his team seem to have found a way around this, and the result is impressive--the apparently unprepossessing lihnks that has seemd so impenetrable to many first time visitors is rendered in its full humpy and bumpy glory. --Golf Course Architecture, July 2006
