Zane R. Kime M.D., M.S., received his medical degree from Loma Linda University. He also held a Masters of Science in Nutrition from the University of California, Davis, and was in the process of completing his doctoral dissertation for a Ph.D. Dr. Zane Kime's educational background inspired his ardent belief in environmental medicine. He dedicated his life to a practice in preventative medicine, extensively researching the the benefits of diet, exercise and sunlight. Dr. Kime was killed in a mountain climbing accident in August of 1992. His intelligence in, and passion for holistic medicine has been irreplaceable to his patients and to the scientific community.
